Quick answer

Canlah AI ranks first in this comparison of eight platforms for brands that need AI answer visibility measured market by market and language by language, with every raw answer kept so the result can be re-run. These platforms report search rankings, AI answers or both for each country and language in one place, so a regional team can compare markets on the same scale.

seoClarity leads this review on classic rank-tracking breadth, listing 190+ countries, 200+ languages and Baidu, Yandex and Naver. Semrush covers the most ground in one subscription, with AI prompt tracking in 220+ countries and territories and plans from US$139 a month. Profound lists 30+ languages and 150+ regions for AI answers, and Peec AI publishes per-country plans from US$95 a month. Ahrefs (190+ locations), SE Ranking (city and ZIP level from US$129 a month) and AccuRanker (Google BigQuery on Enterprise) cover the remaining cases.

This is an editorial comparison based on public product, pricing and help pages reviewed on October 25, 2026. It is not a controlled test of tracking accuracy.

Disclosure: Canlah AI publishes this guide and places its own service first. Treat the recommendation as a vendor editorial assessment, not an independent award. Competitor descriptions come from public product pages and were not verified through paid accounts or private demonstrations.

What is a multi-region brand SEO tracking platform?

A multi-region brand SEO tracking platform records how a brand appears in search results and AI answers separately for each country, city and language, then reports those markets side by side. The category exists because one global average hides the markets where a brand is missing.

Each tracked query fixes a location, a language and an engine. Classic engines return ranked links: Google, plus Baidu in China, Naver in South Korea and Yandex in Russia. AI engines return a written answer, such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Google AI Overviews and Google AI Mode, plus regional assistants such as DeepSeek, Qwen and Doubao. A tracker that fixes the country but not the language merges a Singapore buyer asking in English with one asking in Chinese, and those two buyers often see different answers.

What a multi-market, multi-language tracker should measure

Six signals decide whether a multi-market tracker can support a regional budget decision: market coverage, language control, engine coverage, surface split, sampling depth and data export. Market coverage is the count and level of locations, down to ZIP code. Language control sets the query language separately from the location, and surface split reports classic rankings and AI answers on separate lines.

Sampling depth matters most for AI answers: an answer changes between runs, phrasings and accounts, so one run per market is an anecdote. Data export, through an API, Looker Studio or BigQuery, decides whether the numbers reach the people who set budgets.

How we evaluated the platforms

We scored each platform on six criteria: markets and languages named on the vendor’s own pages, rankings versus AI answers, AI engines named, local engines, data export and published entry price. Coverage stated as a count, such as “190+ countries”, ranked above coverage implied by a location field.

Eleven candidates were reviewed on October 25, 2026. Four were left out because the pages reviewed did not state market or language coverage in a comparable form.

Eight platforms for tracking brand SEO across regions and languages compared

Five of the eight platforms reviewed track classic rankings and AI answers in the same product, and published self-serve entry prices run from US$95 a month (Peec AI Starter) to US$224 a month (AccuRanker Professional). seoClarity and Profound Enterprise are quoted per contract, and Canlah AI’s GEO service starts at $1,500 a month per AI platform.

“Not found on reviewed page” means the vendor’s public materials did not state that capability when reviewed on October 25, 2026. It is not proof the capability is absent. Coverage refers to public positioning, not tested access. Vendor prices are monthly list rates in US dollars, before annual discounts.

1. Canlah AI: Best overall for AI answer visibility measured per market and per language

Canlah AI ranks first among the eight platforms in this comparison because it measures AI answer visibility separately for each market and language, asks every buyer question 5 to 10 real ways and keeps the raw answers so the client can re-run the result. Canlah AI is a Singapore-based SEO + GEO agency that measures and improves brand visibility inside ChatGPT, Gemini, Google AI Overviews and Google AI Mode, reporting AI visibility as re-verifiable ranges with timestamped evidence.

The GEO service is priced per AI platform: Starter from $1,500 a month covers ChatGPT on 4 buyer questions, Growth from $3,000 adds Google AI Overviews on 8 and the customised Full tier adds Google AI Mode and Gemini on 16. Questions are re-tested monthly against the starting baseline and stay locked for the measurement period, with a quarterly review. The pricing page treats markets and languages as scope, because multi-market programmes multiply question sets, content and authority work.

The written bar is: “AI names you at least 30% more often than at your starting baseline, re-tested every month on the same buyer questions.” There is no ranking or #1 guarantee, so Canlah AI leads on an auditable outcome: metric, baseline, sampling and re-test are written down, and the client keeps the raw answer archive. Canlah AI delivers in English and Chinese.

Its published evidence is split by language and method. On the product page, a ChatGPT API test with web search of “Which company in Singapore can get my brand recommended by ChatGPT” named Canlah AI in 11 of 20 runs, first in 5; on October 15, 2026, ChatGPT, not signed in, named it in 9 of 16 answers to one Chinese buyer question. The methods differ, so each language needs its own sample. Clients Canlah AI has served include Baidu AI Cloud, Google Cross-Border Accelerator, ByteDance International Strategy and a Singapore-listed group.

Best for

Cross-border brands selling to English- and Chinese-speaking buyers across Singapore and APAC that need a per-market AI answer baseline they can re-run, with the improvement work done as well.

Limitations

Canlah AI is a managed service plus DeepAudit, not a rank-tracking database, so teams needing daily keyword rankings in dozens of countries should pair it with a tracker below. Starter measures ChatGPT only. Perplexity and Chinese engines such as DeepSeek, Qwen and Doubao are not part of standard tracking.

Founded in 2026, Canlah AI has no published Singapore case with a before/after number in a regulated sector. In its own self-audit, ChatGPT named Canlah AI in 7 of 84 non-branded answers (8.3%) and Gemini in 0 of 93. A free AI visibility report arrives within 48 hours; DeepAudit costs $99 for One read (about 180 answers) or $189 for Month read, creditable toward the agency service, not toward Canlah All-Stars. After three months of the GEO service, clients can run the work themselves with Canlah All-Stars from $199 a month.

What to verify

Ask for a dated sample record for one market and one language showing each phrasing, the full answer, the cited links and the timestamp, and confirm which markets the quoted tier covers.

Verdict: The strongest first call in this comparison when AI visibility has to be defensible market by market. Teams needing keyword rankings across dozens of countries should start below.

2. seoClarity: Best for enterprise rank tracking in 190+ countries and 200+ languages

seoClarity lists keyword rankings in 190+ countries and 200+ languages, down to ZIP code, on Google, Bing, Yahoo, Baidu, Yandex and Naver. Its Ranking Data API delivers data daily, weekly, hourly or ad hoc to BigQuery, RedShift, Amazon S3, Snowflake or Looker. Clarity ArcAI names nine AI engines, including ChatGPT, Gemini, AI Overviews, AI Mode and DeepSeek, checked weekly by default with daily checks available.

Best for

Global enterprise teams whose markets include China, South Korea or Russia and whose reporting runs through a data warehouse.

Limitations

ArcAI’s country and language coverage was not found on the public page reviewed on October 25, 2026. The Rankings package is priced on keyword queries, minimum 2,000, and ArcAI is quoted.

What to verify

Confirm which markets ArcAI runs in and whether the warehouse feed sits inside your package.

Verdict: The broadest published rank-tracking footprint and local-engine list in this review.

3. Semrush: Best for rankings and AI prompts in 220+ countries in one subscription

Semrush Position Tracking tracks Google, Bing, Baidu, ChatGPT and Google AI Mode by country, state, city or ZIP code. The AI Visibility Toolkit, US$99 a month, lists Prompt Tracking in 220+ countries and territories and Brand Performance in 68,000+ locations tied to a chosen language. On the pricing page, SEO costs US$139 a month with 500 keywords, Starter US$199 with 50 daily prompts and Pro+ US$299 with 100 prompts and multi-location tracking.

Best for

Teams wanting rankings and AI prompt tracking for many countries without a second vendor.

Limitations

Baidu tracking is national-level and desktop-only, and three toolkit reports cover 42 listed countries. A toolkit language list was not found on the public page reviewed on October 25, 2026. The Looker Studio connector is listed for Guru or Business tier subscribers.

What to verify

Map each market to the report that covers it, and check multi-location tracking on your tier.

Verdict: The widest country reach for AI prompts in this review.

4. Profound: Best for AI answer tracking across 30+ languages and 150+ regions

Profound states that Answer Engine Insights supports 30+ languages and 150+ regions, queries the interfaces users see and runs every tracked prompt daily. Its pricing page lists a free Trial of 50 prompts for 7 days in 1 language and 1 region, and a custom Enterprise plan with up to nine answer engines including DeepSeek, CSV and JSON exports, API access and SSO.

Best for

Enterprise brands that need daily AI answer monitoring in many languages.

Limitations

Profound tracks AI answers, not classic rankings. An Enterprise price, BigQuery and Looker Studio were not found on the public page reviewed on October 25, 2026, and the Trial cannot test more than one region.

What to verify

Ask which regions and languages your contract enables, and whether DeepSeek is included.

Verdict: The largest published language count for AI answers in this review.

5. Peec AI: Best for published per-country limits on AI answer tracking

Peec AI publishes country limits by plan: Starter at US$95 a month tracks 50 prompts in 1 country, Pro at US$245 tracks 150 prompts in 3 and Advanced at US$495 tracks 350 prompts in 3, with multi-country reporting and Looker Studio. Languages are unlimited on every plan, self-serve plans choose 3 models including Naver AI, API access starts on Pro, and Enterprise adds unlimited countries and up to 13 models, with Qwen and DeepSeek through their APIs. Its enterprise page says multi-country tracking runs the same prompt set in each market.

Best for

Teams wanting published per-country pricing and a Naver AI option for South Korea.

Limitations

Peec AI tracks AI answers only, and 3 countries is the cap below Enterprise. Doubao was not found on the public page reviewed on October 25, 2026.

What to verify

Confirm every market is supported, since the prompt documentation asks users to request missing countries.

Verdict: The clearest published per-country pricing in this review.

6. Ahrefs: Best for rankings in 190+ locations beside an AI answer index

Ahrefs Rank Tracker covers 190+ locations, from country to city to ZIP code, and flags AI Overviews among 19 SERP features. Brand Radar runs prompts through AI Overviews, AI Mode, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Copilot over an index of 496 million prompts. Pricing starts at US$129 a month for Lite with 750 tracked keywords and API access; Looker Studio arrives on Advanced at US$449.

Best for

Ahrefs users wanting location-level rankings and a category read of AI answers in one account.

Limitations

Language settings and Brand Radar’s supported markets were not found on the public page reviewed on October 25, 2026.

What to verify

Check that Brand Radar filters by your markets before paying for the AI index.

Verdict: A strong pairing of location-level rankings and AI answer data.

7. SE Ranking: Best for city and ZIP-level rankings with an AI add-on

SE Ranking tracks daily positions on Google, Bing, Yahoo and YouTube in any city, region or ZIP code. On the pricing page, Core costs US$129 a month for 2,000 keywords and 100 prompts, Growth US$279, and the AI Search add-on US$89 a month for 200 prompts across AI Overviews, AI Mode and ChatGPT, with a Data Studio integration on Core.

Best for

Teams tracking local rankings in several cities on a mid-market budget.

Limitations

A country and language count was not found on the public page reviewed on October 25, 2026, and the plan table caps locations, with extras sold separately.

What to verify

Count the locations you need against the plan cap.

Verdict: The most practical local-ranking bundle in this review.

8. AccuRanker: Best for daily rankings piped into BigQuery

AccuRanker prices by keyword volume with daily updates: Professional costs US$224 a month for 2,000 keywords, Expert US$764 for 10,000 with an unlimited read API and Enterprise adds Google BigQuery. Its help centre lists Google, Bing, Baidu and YouTube with a country locale per keyword, and AccuLLM covers ChatGPT, Perplexity, AI Overviews and AI Mode.

Best for

Data teams that want daily multi-market rankings landing in BigQuery.

Limitations

Baidu works only under the China locale, without location-specific tracking, and a country and language count was not found on the public page reviewed on October 25, 2026.

What to verify

Ask whether AccuLLM data reaches the same BigQuery export.

Verdict: The most direct warehouse path for rankings in this review.

How multi-market tracking platforms cover Baidu, Naver and Chinese AI assistants

Local engines often decide platform fit more than country counts do. Across the eight platforms reviewed, Baidu, Naver, Yandex and Chinese AI assistants are named unevenly, and Doubao was not named on any reviewed page.

Baidu rankings for China seoClarity; Semrush (national, desktop only); AccuRanker (China locale) City and mobile support
Naver for South Korea seoClarity (rankings); Peec AI (Naver AI answers) Rankings or AI answers
