GEO FOR B2B SAAS & TECH — SINGAPORE

GEO Agency in Singapore for B2B SaaS and Tech Companies

Canlah AI is a Singapore GEO agency for B2B SaaS and tech companies. We measure and improve how often AI assistants name your product when buyers ask for a vendor shortlist. Starter covers ChatGPT from $1,500 a month, Growth adds Google AI Overviews from $3,000 a month, and Full adds Google AI Mode and Gemini; every tier is re-tested monthly against your own baseline.

01 — HOW B2B BUYERS ASK

B2B Buyers Now Ask AI for the Vendor Shortlist

A buyer evaluating software increasingly starts with a full question to an AI assistant instead of a keyword search, and reads one composed answer that names a few vendors. That answer is the shortlist. These are the four question shapes where it happens:

  1. 01
    The category shortlist.

“What are the best customer-onboarding platforms for a B2B SaaS company?” The answer names a handful of vendors with one reason each. A vendor outside that list is not compared at all.

  2. 02
    Fit and integration.

“Which project tools work with HubSpot and Jira for a 50-person team in Singapore?” The assistant filters by stack, team size and region before it names anyone, using whatever it can read about each product.

  3. 03
    Security and compliance checks.

“Is this vendor SOC 2 compliant, and where is customer data hosted?” The answer is assembled from security pages, documentation and third-party profiles, or from a same-name company when the engine cannot tell two businesses apart.

  4. 04
    Pricing and alternatives.

“What are cheaper alternatives to the category leader for a startup?” Products with clear, readable pricing and comparison material get described. The rest are skipped, or described wrongly.

02 — WHAT WE MEASURED

What We Found When We Measured Three Software Brands

Three brands we audited in October 2026 (one client, two we audited ahead of any engagement), anonymised. Each card is a diagnosis, the starting point, not a result. One sells software to businesses; two are consumer apps. In all three, AI answered buyers' questions with other names, most often the category leader's.

On the licensing question, 6 of 6 answers cited similarly named websites, and ChatGPT answered with a similarly named site's terms page.

Method for all three: ChatGPT (gpt-5.5) and Gemini (2.5 Flash) through their APIs with web search on, English, United States market, every question asked 3 times. Mentions were recounted from the raw answers with strict name matching. Buyer questions that already named a brand were left out of the headline count. The Google rankings and the 130-article count are one-time checks made the same day.

We measure ourselves too. This is one buyer question, asked in Chinese in ChatGPT on the web without signing in.

How it was measured: ChatGPT on the web, not signed in, two browser profiles, Singapore connection. 15 October 2026, 04:32–13:53 Singapore time. 16 answers in the main sample: rounds with incomplete data were dropped by a fixed rule. Results differ by question, language and account type; each is reported with its own denominator.

03 — WHAT WE DO

What the GEO Service Does for a SaaS Company

Answer pages for the questions buyers ask.

Pages on your site that answer category, fit, integration and pricing questions in their opening lines, written so an AI engine can quote them accurately.

A brand fact base AI can read.

One consistent account of your product, plans, integrations, security posture and company facts, on your site and in structured data, so engines stop guessing or confusing you with a business that shares your name.

Fixes on your site.

The technical issues that stop engines from reading your pages: crawl access, indexing and structured data.

A monthly map of where to get cited off your site.

The comparison articles, directories and review platforms the engines read for your category, and which of them mention you. Off-site execution and media spend are billed separately; scope is confirmed in writing before you pay.

Systematic SEO from Growth up.

Growth and Full include systematic SEO, because AI answers still draw heavily on the pages that rank.

Starter is in English. Chinese buyer questions can be added on Growth and are part of Full; where your tier includes Chinese, they are tested on that tier's platforms in the same way as English ones, and the report is delivered in both languages.

04 — HOW WE MEASURE

How We Measure, and How You Can Check It

Your buyer questions, fixed in advance.

Each AI platform in your tier carries 4 buyer intents, each asked in 5 to 10 real ways, agreed with you before the first reading.

Repeated samples, reported as frequencies.

Every question is asked more than once per reading. We report how often you were named and cited, per question and per engine, never a single-run rank, which varies from one run to the next.

Engines reported separately.

The same product can be named often in one engine and never in another. One blended number would hide exactly what you need to fix.

Raw records, handed over.

Every answer is archived with its exact question, the full response, the sources it cited and a timestamp. The archive is yours, so you can re-run the set yourself.

We commit in writing to a +30% relative lift in how often AI names you versus your own starting baseline (for example, from 12 to 16 of 100 asks on the same questions), re-tested every month; we never guarantee rankings or a #1 position.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Which GEO agency in Singapore works with B2B SaaS and tech companies?

Canlah AI is a Singapore GEO agency that works with B2B SaaS and tech companies. We measure and improve how often ChatGPT, Gemini and Google's AI name your product when buyers ask for a shortlist. Three tiers, priced per AI platform from $1,500 a month each. Starter covers ChatGPT, from $1,500 a month; Growth adds Google AI Overviews, from $3,000 a month; Full covers ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Google AI Mode and Gemini as a customised plan: contact us. Each platform carries 4 buyer questions (4 buyer intents, each asked 5–10 real ways), re-tested monthly against your baseline.

How is GEO different from SEO for a SaaS company?

SEO decides where your pages rank in search results. GEO decides whether an AI answer names your product, and how it describes it. The two diverge: engines assemble shortlists from comparison articles, directories, documentation and review platforms, so a page that ranks well can still go uncited. Growth and Full include systematic SEO, because AI answers still draw on what ranks.

Which AI engines and languages do you cover?

Coverage follows your tier: Starter covers ChatGPT; Growth adds Google AI Overviews; Full covers ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Google AI Mode and Gemini. Starter is in English. Chinese buyer questions can be added on Growth and are part of Full; where your tier includes Chinese, they are tested on that tier's platforms in the same way as English ones, and the report is delivered in both languages.

Can you guarantee our product appears in ChatGPT's shortlist?

No. AI engines are non-deterministic and change how they retrieve sources without notice, so nobody can honestly promise placement. We commit in writing to a +30% relative lift in how often AI names you versus your own starting baseline (for example, from 12 to 16 of 100 asks on the same questions), re-tested every month; we never guarantee rankings or a #1 position.

How long does it take to see results?

Plan on roughly 90 days for the first credible before-and-after reading: on-site foundations are shipped inside the first 30 days and the first re-test comparison comes at day 60. AI answers move from month to month, so a trend needs repeated measurement under the same protocol.

What do you need from our team?

Someone who can confirm product facts (plans, integrations, security and compliance) and approve pages before they go live, plus publishing access to your site or a developer who can ship the changes. Scope is confirmed in writing before you pay.
