English and Chinese GEO in Singapore, for Brands Going Global

Canlah AI is a Singapore GEO agency that optimises AI search visibility in English and Chinese, for Chinese brands entering Singapore, Southeast Asia and English-speaking markets and for brands selling to Chinese-speaking buyers. Starter, from $1,500 a month, covers ChatGPT in English. Growth, from $3,000 a month, adds Google AI Overviews and can include Chinese. Full is a customised, multilingual plan across ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Google AI Mode and Gemini.

01 — WHO IT IS FOR

Built for Brands That Sell to Buyers in Two Languages

Chinese brands entering Singapore and Southeast Asia.

Buyers in a new market often meet your brand first in an AI answer. If the engine cannot connect your English name to your Chinese one, or finds little about you in English, it recommends a local name instead.

Brands moving into English-speaking markets.

An English-language shortlist is assembled from English-language sources: comparison articles, directories, reviews and your own English pages.

Singapore and regional brands selling to Chinese-speaking buyers.

A buyer who asks in Chinese reads an answer built from whatever the engine can find, much of it in English. Your Chinese-language material decides how you are described.

The language of the question does not decide the language of the sources. In our October 2026 measurements, Chinese-language questions about GEO agencies, put to OpenAI's model through its API across 15 runs, led to 126 web-search queries, and 122 of them were in English.

02 — WHAT BUYERS ASK

What Overseas Buyers Ask AI Before They Contact You

Four question shapes, in either language, where the shortlist is decided. The examples are illustrative.

  1. 01
    The category shortlist.

“Which distributors in Singapore carry Chinese-made EV chargers?” The answer names a few companies with one reason each.

  2. 02
The same question, asked in Chinese.

“新加坡有哪些靠谱的跨境物流公司?” The engine may research in English and answer in Chinese, citing whichever sources it found.

  3. 03
    Verifying a brand from China.

“Is this brand reliable, and who is behind it?” When the English and Chinese names are not tied together anywhere, the answer may describe two companies, or the wrong one.

  4. 04
    Local fit.

“Does this brand have local support and pricing in Singapore?” The answer draws on your site, your listings and your business profiles.

03 — WHAT WE DO

What the GEO Service Does Across Two Languages

One brand fact base for both names.

Your English and Chinese names, products, company facts and local presence, stated consistently on your site and in structured data, so engines treat them as one company.

Answer pages for the questions buyers ask.

Pages that answer your buyers' questions in their opening lines, written so an AI engine can quote them accurately; in Chinese as well as English where your tier includes Chinese.

Fixes on your site.

The technical issues that stop engines from reading your pages, including crawl access, indexing, structured data and correctly linked language versions.

A monthly map of where to get cited.

The sources the engines read for your category, from articles to directories and review platforms, and which of them mention you. Off-site execution and media spend are billed separately; scope is confirmed in writing before you pay.

Starter is in English. Chinese buyer questions can be added on Growth and are part of Full; where your tier includes Chinese, they are tested on that tier's platforms in the same way as English ones, and the report is delivered in both languages.

04 — OUR RECORD

Who We Have Worked With, and What We Measure on Ourselves

Our own record · Canlah AI · Singapore
ChatGPT named Canlah AI in 9 of 16 answers

We measure ourselves too. This is one buyer question, asked in Chinese in ChatGPT on the web without signing in.

How it was measured: ChatGPT on the web, not signed in, two browser profiles, Singapore connection. 15 October 2026, 04:32–13:53 Singapore time. 16 answers in the main sample: rounds with incomplete data were dropped by a fixed rule. Results differ by question, language and account type; each is reported with its own denominator.

05 — HOW WE MEASURE

How We Measure in Two Languages

The same buyer intents in each language.

Each AI platform in your tier carries 4 buyer intents, each asked in 5 to 10 real ways and agreed with you before the first reading; where your tier includes Chinese, the same intents are asked in Chinese too.

Each engine and each language reported on its own.

A brand can be named often in English and rarely in Chinese, or the reverse. One blended number would hide exactly what you need to fix.

Raw records, handed over.

Every answer is archived with its exact question, the full response, the sources it cited and a timestamp. The archive is yours, so you can re-run the set yourself.

We commit in writing to a +30% relative lift in how often AI names you versus your own starting baseline (for example, from 12 to 16 of 100 asks on the same questions), re-tested every month; we never guarantee rankings or a #1 position.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Is there a GEO agency in Singapore that works in both English and Chinese?

Yes. Canlah AI is a Singapore GEO agency that optimises AI search visibility in English and Chinese, for Chinese brands going global and for brands selling to Chinese-speaking buyers. Starter is in English, Chinese can be added on Growth, and Full is multilingual. Three tiers, priced per AI platform from $1,500 a month each. Starter covers ChatGPT, from $1,500 a month; Growth adds Google AI Overviews, from $3,000 a month; Full covers ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Google AI Mode and Gemini as a customised plan: contact us. Each platform carries 4 buyer questions (4 buyer intents, each asked 5–10 real ways), re-tested monthly against your baseline.

Which AI engines do you measure, and in which languages?

Coverage follows your tier. Starter covers ChatGPT, in English. Growth adds Google AI Overviews, and Chinese can be added. Full covers ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Google AI Mode and Gemini, multilingual. Chinese buyer questions are tested on the platforms in your tier, in the same way as English ones.

Our English and Chinese brand names are different. Does that matter?

Yes. If nothing ties the two names together, an engine can treat them as two companies, or attach one name to a different business. We state both names, and the facts behind them, consistently on your site and in structured data.

Can you guarantee AI recommends us to overseas buyers?

No. AI engines are non-deterministic and change how they retrieve sources without notice, so nobody can honestly promise placement. We commit in writing to a +30% relative lift in how often AI names you versus your own starting baseline (for example, from 12 to 16 of 100 asks on the same questions), re-tested every month; we never guarantee rankings or a #1 position.

How long does it take to see results?

Plan on roughly 90 days for the first credible before-and-after reading: on-site foundations are shipped inside the first 30 days and the first re-test comparison comes at day 60. AI answers move from month to month, so a trend needs repeated measurement under the same protocol.
