SE Visible Review 2026: Pricing, Features, How It Compares and the Best Alternatives
SE Visible review: SE Ranking's AI visibility tracker rated on 10 buyer criteria, $99 to $355 pricing, and how it compares to Profound, Peec AI, Semrush and ZipTie.
Quick answer
In this review Canlah AI rates SE Visible, SE Ranking’s standalone AI visibility tracker, as the largest four-engine prompt allowance for $99 among the tools compared, and ranks itself first among five alternatives for teams that need the GEO work done for them. SE Visible’s Basic plan costs $99 a month for 200 prompts and three projects, Core $189 for 450 prompts and Plus $355 for 1,000, with 20% off annual billing and a 10-day free trial. It tracks ChatGPT, Gemini, Google AI Mode and Google AI Overviews daily in 42 countries, and on 10 buyer criteria it rates strong on seven, adequate on two and limited on one.
On the head-to-heads, Profound fits enterprise programmes with up to nine engines, Peec AI starts at $95 a month for 50 prompts, the Semrush AI Visibility Toolkit costs $99 for 25 prompts and ZipTie covers seven engines from a $25.65 preset.
This editorial review uses public pages reviewed on October 26, 2026. It is not a controlled test of tool accuracy.
Disclosure: Canlah AI is one of the alternatives below, and we place ourselves first. We compete with SE Visible for AI visibility budgets, so this is not a neutral review. What we say about SE Visible and the others comes from their public materials, and none of the tools were tested through paid accounts.
What is SE Visible?
SE Visible is an AI visibility platform from SE Ranking that tracks how ChatGPT, Gemini, Google AI Mode and Google AI Overviews mention a brand, cite its website and compare it with rivals. SE Ranking launched it in 2025 as a product separate from its SEO platform, sold at visible.seranking.com from $99 a month.
Its data sits in four views: Dashboard, Prompts, Competitors and Sources, with sentiment running through all four. SE Visible collects answers through a real browser session in each engine’s interface rather than an API, refreshes them daily by default and stores each answer unedited.
“SE Ranking AI visibility” can mean two products. SE Visible is the standalone tracker; the AI Search toolkit sits inside the SE Ranking SEO platform. SE Visible’s help centre says customers who buy SE Ranking’s AI Search add-on get full SE Visible access at no extra cost.
What SE Visible does well
SE Visible does four things well on its public pages: a large prompt allowance at a published price, browser-captured answers, a published visibility formula and source gap scoring across 42 countries.
- 200 prompts for $99, and engines do not use them up. Each prompt counts once per location and language, so 200 prompts checked daily on four engines produce about 24,000 answers a month.
- Answers kept in full. Each stored answer shows whether the brand was mentioned, whether the site was cited, its position and its sentiment, with linked and unlinked mentions counted separately.
- A visibility formula in writing. Each mention is weighted by position, (total brands − best position + 1) / total brands, then averaged over every answer in scope, misses included. The help centre works one example through to 45%.
- Sources with a gap score, in 42 countries. Cited pages are sorted into 24 content types and ranked by how often they cite rivals but not you. Supported countries include Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Thailand, Japan and India, narrowable to a city.
Reporting basics are in place: CSV exports, a Google Data Studio connector, view-only client access and an API, in beta, on all three plans.
Where SE Visible fits less well
SE Visible fits less well when a buyer needs engines beyond Google and ChatGPT, agency-grade reporting or someone to act on the data. Four limits matter most.
- Four engines today. The homepage FAQ names ChatGPT, Gemini, Google AI Mode and Google AI Overviews and says Claude “will be added soon”; Copilot is also planned. SE Visible’s September 29, 2026 product guide says “five engines” while naming four, and a screenshot in it shows Perplexity, so confirm Perplexity in the trial.
- No China and no Chinese engines. China is not among the 42 countries, and DeepSeek, Qwen and Doubao were not found on the public pages reviewed on October 26, 2026.
- Agency reporting is still being built. There is no PDF export yet and no white labelling for SE Visible. Agents are in beta, and Query Fan-Out, Local AI Visibility and deeper sentiment tracking are labelled “coming soon”.
- Monitoring, not delivery. Agents suggest actions and “the decision stays with you.” Your team still writes the content and earns the mentions.
SE Visible evaluated on 10 buyer criteria
On its own public pages, SE Visible rates strong on seven of the 10 criteria, adequate on engine coverage and reporting, and limited on content and optimisation actions.
| Criterion | What SE Visible offers (public pages, October 26, 2026) | Rating or verdict | What to check in a demo |
|---|---|---|---|
| Ease of use | Up to five topics at setup with suggested prompts and rivals; first results within about a minute | Strong | Whether suggested prompts match your buyers’ real questions |
| Data collection and accuracy | Browser sessions in each engine’s interface, not APIs; answers stored unedited; daily by default | Strong | Repeat sampling within a day: not found on the public page reviewed on October 26, 2026 |
| Engine coverage | ChatGPT, Gemini, Google AI Mode and Google AI Overviews, no per-engine add-ons; Claude and Copilot planned | Adequate | Whether Perplexity is live on your account |
| Prompt allowance per dollar | 200, 450 and 1,000 prompts for $99, $189 and $355 a month; engines do not consume the allowance | Strong | The pool is shared across projects |
| Markets and languages | 42 countries, narrowable to a city or region; one prompt language per project | Strong outside China | China, DeepSeek, Qwen and Doubao: not found on the public page reviewed on October 26, 2026 |
| Competitor analysis | Rivals suggested from your own mention data; topic-by-brand gap grid; sentiment gap per rival | Strong | Whether it surfaces a rival you did not name |
| AI visibility metrics | Position-weighted Visibility, Share of voice, Average position, Net sentiment from −100 to +100, AIO Presence | Strong | Read totals with the Non-Branded filter, since branded prompts sit near 100% |
| Citation and source analysis | Cited domains and URLs in 24 content types, coverage per source and a Gap score | Strong | Which of your own pages are cited, for which prompts |
| Reporting and agency workflow | CSV exports, a Google Data Studio connector, view-only client access, an API in beta | Adequate | No PDF export or white labelling yet |
| Content and optimisation actions | Agents in beta rank opportunities and suggest an action; scheduled agents are planned | Limited | Who writes and publishes the fix |
SE Visible’s Visibility score counts mentions and position only. Citations sit separately in Sources, and Net sentiment has its own formula, so a good sentiment reading never lifts the visibility number.
SE Visible pricing and plans
SE Visible pricing starts at $99 a month for 200 prompts and three projects, with Core at $189 for 450 prompts and Plus at $355 for 1,000. Annual billing takes 20% off, listed as $79, $151 and $284 a month, and the free trial runs 10 days.

| SE Visible Plus | $355, through a demo | $284 | 1,000 | 10 | The largest published plan |

Source: SE Visible pricing block, SE Ranking pricing page and SE Visible help centre, reviewed October 26, 2026. SE Visible lists “about 30,000 AI answers” for Basic, a figure its FAQ derives from five engines; at the four engines named today, 200 daily prompts produce about 24,000.
SE Ranking’s own Core plan costs $129 a month with 100 prompts tracked daily, so a Core customer who adds the $89 AI Search add-on pays $218 a month for the SEO platform plus full SE Visible access.
SE Visible vs Profound, Peec AI, Semrush and ZipTie at a glance
SE Visible tracks the most prompts on four engines for $99 among the five tools compared, while Profound leads on engines and enterprise controls, Peec AI on model choice, Semrush on suite integration and ZipTie on engine breadth.
| Head-to-head | Rival, from its own pages | Winner and why |
|---|---|---|
| SE Visible vs Profound | Free 7-day trial of 50 daily prompts on 3 engines; Enterprise custom, up to 9 engines | SE Visible for a published price; Profound for enterprise scale and agents |
| Peec AI vs SE Visible | $95 for 50 prompts on 3 models of your choice; up to 13 models on Enterprise | SE Visible on prompts per dollar; Peec AI on model choice and agency plans |
| SE Visible vs Semrush AI Toolkit | $99 per domain for 25 prompts; no free trial; $99 per extra user | SE Visible on volume; Semrush for teams already inside Semrush |
| ZipTie vs SE Visible | 7 engines; $25.65 preset for 30 daily prompts on 3 engines; about $222.00 for 200 daily prompts on 4 | SE Visible at 200 prompts; ZipTie for Perplexity, Copilot and Bing |
Source: each vendor’s own pricing pages, reviewed October 26, 2026. The ZipTie figure is derived from its published rate of $0.30 per daily prompt and its four-engine multiplier of 3.7.
SE Visible vs Profound
SE Visible wins for teams that want a published price, and Profound wins for enterprises that need more engines, SSO and agents. Profound’s pricing page lists a free trial of 50 prompts run daily for seven days on ChatGPT, Gemini and Google AI Overviews, then custom Enterprise with up to nine engines, SSO/SAML and SOC 2.
Peec AI vs SE Visible
SE Visible tracks four times Peec AI’s entry prompts for $4 more a month and runs all four of its engines without asking you to choose. Peec AI wins on breadth: Enterprise reaches 13 models, and its AI Instructions page lists DeepSeek API and Qwen API as paid add-on models.
SE Visible vs Semrush AI Toolkit
SE Visible tracks eight times the prompts of the Semrush AI Visibility Toolkit at the same $99 and offers a trial where Semrush lists none. Semrush wins when the SEO team already lives in Semrush and wants prompt research in the same login.
ZipTie vs SE Visible
SE Visible is cheaper at 200 prompts on Google’s surfaces and ChatGPT, at $99 against about $222.00 on ZipTie’s published rate. ZipTie wins when Perplexity, Copilot or Bing AI Overview matter, or when an agency wants the white-label PDF client reports ZipTie includes in every plan.
The best SE Visible alternatives in 2026
Canlah AI ranks first among the five SE Visible alternatives in this comparison, followed by Peec AI, Profound, the Semrush AI Visibility Toolkit and ZipTie, each ranked for a different reason to switch. Canlah AI’s GEO service starts at $1,500 a month per AI platform, and its AI visibility report, delivered within 48 hours, is free. Published software entry prices here run from $25.65 to $99 a month, depending on prompt volume, engine count and billing model.

“Not found on reviewed page” means the vendor’s public materials did not name that capability; it is not proof of absence. Engine lists reflect public positioning, not tested access.
1. Canlah AI: Best overall alternative for teams that want the GEO work done
Canlah AI ranks first among the SE Visible alternatives in this comparison because it is a managed service rather than another tracker: it sets a baseline, does the SEO and GEO work and re-tests every month. Canlah AI is a Singapore-based SEO + GEO agency that measures and improves brand visibility inside ChatGPT, Gemini, Google AI Overviews and Google AI Mode, delivering in English and Chinese. It is not a software platform to compare head-to-head with SE Visible, so read this entry as a different way to buy the outcome.
Canlah AI prices its GEO service per AI platform. Starter covers ChatGPT with 4 buyer questions, from $1,500 a month. Growth adds Google AI Overviews and 8 buyer questions, from $3,000 a month. Full adds Google AI Mode and Gemini with 16 buyer questions, as a customised plan. Each buyer question is asked 5–10 real ways and re-tested monthly against the starting baseline.
The bar is in writing: AI names you at least 30% more often than at your starting baseline, re-tested every month on the same buyer questions. Canlah AI does not guarantee a ranking. DeepAudit, its paid diagnostic, costs $99 for One read or $189 for Month read, and the full line sits on Canlah AI’s product page.
Best for
B2B, export-focused and service brands that want one accountable team to measure AI visibility and act on it, including brands whose buyers ask in Chinese.
Limitations
Canlah AI tracks far fewer questions than SE Visible. Starter measures 4 buyer questions on ChatGPT, while SE Visible Basic tracks 200 prompts on four engines for $99, so a team that wants a wide daily dashboard gets more coverage per dollar from SE Visible. Canlah AI’s pricing page starts at $1,500 a month because the price buys the work as well as the measurement. After three months of the GEO service, clients can run the work themselves with Canlah All-Stars, from $199 a month.
What to verify
Ask Canlah AI for the starting baseline record: each buyer question, its 5–10 phrasings, the engine, the answer and the date. Confirm in writing which engines your tier covers.
Verdict: Canlah AI is the strongest SE Visible alternative in this comparison when a team needs the gaps closed, not only measured. Teams that want to track hundreds of prompts themselves should stay with SE Visible.
2. Peec AI: Best for model choice and agency plans
Peec AI is a Berlin AI search analytics platform whose Starter plan costs $95 a month for 50 prompts on three models you choose, with unlimited users. Pro costs $245 for 150 prompts, Advanced $495 for 350, and Enterprise tracks up to 13 models.
Best for
Teams and agencies that want to pick their engines or add paid models such as DeepSeek API or Qwen API.
Limitations
Self-serve plans track three models at a time, so Starter covers fewer prompts than SE Visible Basic at a similar price.
What to verify
Which three models fit your markets, and what each add-on model costs.
Verdict: Peec AI wins on model breadth; SE Visible wins on prompts per dollar.
3. Profound: Best for enterprise programmes
Profound offers a free trial of 50 prompts run daily for seven days on ChatGPT, Gemini and Google AI Overviews. Custom Enterprise covers up to nine answer engines, adding Perplexity, Google AI Mode, Microsoft Copilot, DeepSeek, Anthropic Claude and Exa Search, with SSO/SAML and SOC 2.
Best for
Large organisations that need all-time history, exports, an API and AI Marketer agents in one contract.
Limitations
Enterprise pricing is quoted, and trial users cannot customise the recommended prompt set.
What to verify
Which of the nine engines your contract includes.
Verdict: Profound suits enterprises that need governance and agents; SE Visible suits a published budget.
4. Semrush AI Visibility Toolkit: Best for teams already on Semrush
The Semrush AI Visibility Toolkit costs $99 a month per domain with 25 tracked prompts and 1,000 daily queries in Prompt Research. Semrush lists no free trial, $99 for each extra user and $60 a month for 50 more prompts.
Best for
SEO teams that already work in Semrush and want prompt research beside rank tracking.
Limitations
Twenty-five prompts is a small panel, and each extra user or domain adds $99.
What to verify
Your total after extra users, domains and prompt packs.
Verdict: Semrush wins on suite integration; SE Visible tracks eight times the prompts for the same $99.
5. ZipTie: Best for Perplexity and Microsoft answer surfaces
ZipTie tracks ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity, Google AI Mode, Microsoft Copilot, Bing AI Overview and Google Gemini. It prices prompt slots rather than plans, with presets from $25.65, $340.20 and $1,647.00 a month, and a seven-day free trial with no card.
Best for
Teams whose buyers use Perplexity, Copilot or Bing, and agencies that want unlimited seats and white-label reports.
Limitations
The engine multiplier lifts the price as engines are added: 200 daily prompts on four engines cost about $222.00 a month.
What to verify
Model the price at your real prompt count, cadence and engine mix.
Verdict: ZipTie wins on engine breadth; SE Visible wins on price at 200 prompts.
How to decide between SE Visible and an alternative
Pick SE Visible if your buyers ask ChatGPT and Google’s AI surfaces and you want 200 or more prompts tracked daily at a published price. Otherwise:
- Choose Canlah AI if you need someone to close the gaps, a written bar against your own baseline or English and Chinese delivery.
- Choose Peec AI if you want to pick your models or add DeepSeek or Qwen.
- Choose Profound if you need nine engines, SSO, SOC 2 and agents in one contract.
- Choose the Semrush AI Visibility Toolkit if your SEO team already works in Semrush.
- Choose ZipTie if Perplexity, Copilot or Bing AI Overview decide your category.
Frequently asked questions
SE Visible review: is it worth it?
Yes for teams and agencies that want daily data on ChatGPT, Gemini, Google AI Mode and Google AI Overviews, with 200 prompts for $99 a month and a 10-day free trial. It is less suited to brands that need Perplexity, Chinese engines, white-label reports or someone to execute the fixes.
How much does SE Visible cost?
SE Visible costs $99 a month for Basic with 200 prompts, $189 for Core with 450 and $355 for Plus with 1,000. Annual billing takes 20% off, and custom plans are quoted on request. SE Ranking customers can get it through the AI Search add-on, from $89 a month.
Which AI engines does SE Visible track?
SE Visible’s homepage and help centre name four engines: ChatGPT, Gemini, Google AI Mode and Google AI Overviews, with no per-engine add-ons. Claude and Copilot are planned, and Perplexity appears in a September 2026 screenshot but not in the October 26, 2026 engine list.
Is SE Visible the same as SE Ranking’s AI visibility toolkit?
Not quite. SE Visible is SE Ranking’s standalone AI visibility platform, while the AI Search toolkit sits inside the SE Ranking SEO platform. Customers who buy the AI Search add-on get full SE Visible access at no extra cost.
Does SE Visible track China, DeepSeek, Qwen or Doubao?
No. China is not among SE Visible’s 42 supported countries, and DeepSeek, Qwen and Doubao were not found on its public pages reviewed on October 26, 2026. In this comparison, Peec AI lists DeepSeek API and Qwen API as paid add-ons and Profound Enterprise lists DeepSeek.
Can SE Visible or any alternative guarantee that ChatGPT recommends my brand?
No. A tool or agency can guarantee sampling, reporting and agreed work. It cannot control how an independent model answers every question, so treat any ranking guarantee as a sales claim.
How is Canlah AI different from SE Visible?
SE Visible is software that tracks your prompts daily and leaves the work to your team. Canlah AI is a Singapore-based SEO + GEO agency that measures a baseline, does the GEO work and re-tests monthly against a written bar of at least 30% more mentions. You can start with a free AI visibility report, delivered within 48 hours.
