CLINIC WEBSITES — SINGAPORE · UPDATED OCTOBER 2026

Clinic Website Design in Singapore: Fixes for Dental and Aesthetic Clinics

A Singapore clinic website has to do three things: let a patient book or message the clinic from a phone, tell Google and AI assistants plainly what the clinic is, and stay within MOH's advertising rules. Most clinic sites already have a booking button; the gaps sit in the details. We fix them from one written list, agreed with you before we start, at one fixed price.

00 — WHERE CLINIC SITES STAND

What 1,287 Singapore clinic websites show

In October 2026 we checked 3,145 private-clinic Google Maps listings and the 1,287 clinic websites they link to. Most sites give patients a way to get in touch; the problems are a slow first screen on a phone, booking paths that stop at a form, broken or stale pages, and details machines cannot read.

01 — HOW IT WORKS

One list, one fixed price, tested before and after

Most clinic sites can be fixed within the platform they already run on; a new build is only worth it where the current site has no room to fix what matters. We tell you which case you are in before you pay for anything.

  1. 01

    A written list first

We run your site through Google's PageSpeed test on a phone, check the booking and WhatsApp paths, the page titles, the clinic schema and every page against MOH's advertising rules, then send you the list of fixes in order. You agree the list before any work starts.

  2. 02

    One fixed price

The price is set for the agreed list and does not move while we work. If something new turns up, it goes on a second list for you to accept or leave.

  3. 03

    About 5 working days

A typical list of speed, tap-to-WhatsApp and booking buttons and page titles usually takes about 5 working days once agreed. On Wix, Squarespace or a locked theme, some limits are set by the platform, so we check access first and only then confirm the list.

  4. 04

    Tested before and after

We show you the same tests before and after each fix, so you can see what changed on your own site rather than take our word for it.

02 — WHAT GOES ON THE LIST

The fixes clinic sites need most, in order

  1. 01

A working own website linked from Google Maps

21.0% of 3,145 private-clinic Maps listings link to no website of their own, and 5.1% of 1,287 sites return an error or a broken page. Dental sites were hit hardest: 3.8% of 313 still showed placeholder "lorem ipsum" text on the homepage. This comes first, because it is the page patients reach when they tap "Website" on your listing.

  2. 02

A booking path and WhatsApp a patient can tap

86.1% of 1,103 sites have a booking link or form, but a named self-scheduling tool showed up on only 9.0%, and 9.0% offer neither booking nor WhatsApp. We make the booking button and tap-to-WhatsApp reachable from the first screen on a phone.

  3. 03

    Mobile speed

The median clinic homepage scores 59 out of 100 on Google's mobile lab test, and the main content takes a median 7.7 seconds to appear on a slow connection. Images, scripts and fonts are usually where the time goes.

  4. 04

Page titles, meta descriptions and clinic schema

29.4% of 1,222 clinic homepages have no meta description, and only 38.7% of 1,103 mark the homepage up as a clinic in schema.org. Plain titles and descriptions give search results an accurate summary, and MedicalClinic or Dentist markup tells Google and AI assistants the clinic's type, address, hours and services.

  5. 05

A footer that shows the site is kept up

12.5% of the 779 sites that show a copyright year show 2021 or earlier. A current year, address and opening hours are a small fix and a visible sign that the clinic's details are maintained.

03 — ADVERTISING RULES

Every page checked against MOH's advertising rules

Licensed medical and dental clinics advertise under the Healthcare Services (Advertisement) Regulations 2021, and MOH's FAQ on those regulations states that what a licensee publishes on its own website is covered. Laudatory statements, before-and-after photos and comparisons with other licensees are out, so every headline, page title, meta description and treatment page we touch states plain facts.

The red lines and the pages worth writing for dental and aesthetic clinics are set out in the GEO Playbook, Dental & Aesthetics Edition.

04 — AFTER THE FIX

From a working site to being named in AI answers

A fixed site is the base. Getting the clinic named when a patient asks ChatGPT or Google's AI which clinic to see is monthly work: a page per treatment, clinic facts that match across the web and a re-test of the answers every month. In Canlah AI's ChatGPT test of October 25, 2026, 10 of 11 aesthetic clinics named and 11 of 13 dental clinics named had their own site cited in the same answer.

That work, its pricing and how we measure it are on the clinic SEO page. If you are comparing agencies, we also rank Singapore's dental marketing agencies and aesthetic clinic marketing agencies.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

What should a dental or aesthetic clinic website in Singapore have?

A working homepage linked from the clinic's Google Maps listing, a booking path and tap-to-WhatsApp reachable on a phone, a fast mobile first screen, a page title and meta description on every page and clinic schema.org markup with the address, hours and services. In Canlah AI's October 2026 check of 1,287 Singapore clinic sites, 86.1% of 1,103 had a booking link or form, but only 38.7% had clinic schema and 29.4% of 1,222 had no meta description. Every page must also stay within MOH's advertising rules.

How much does a clinic website fix cost?

Canlah AI quotes one fixed price for the written list of fixes you agree before any work starts, so the price does not move while we work. The list itself is free: send us the site and we send back the five things we would fix first. A new site, where a clinic has none or the current one cannot be fixed within its platform, is quoted separately, also as a fixed price.

How long does it take to fix a clinic website?

A typical list of speed, tap-to-WhatsApp and booking buttons and page titles usually takes about 5 working days once the list is agreed. On Wix, Squarespace or a locked theme we check access first, because some limits are set by the platform, and only then confirm the list and the timing.

Can a clinic website in Singapore show before-and-after photos or reviews?

Licensed medical and dental clinics advertise under the Healthcare Services (Advertisement) Regulations 2021, and MOH's FAQ on those regulations states that a licensee's own website is covered. The FAQ rules out laudatory statements, before-and-after photos and comparisons with other licensees, and lists words such as "best" and "leading" as likely laudatory. We write and check every page against those rules.

Does a faster clinic website help it appear in ChatGPT answers?

Speed alone does not decide whether ChatGPT names a clinic; the content of the clinic's own pages does most of the work. In Canlah AI's ChatGPT test of October 25, 2026, 10 of 11 aesthetic clinics named and 11 of 13 dental clinics named had their own site cited in the same answer, and 18 of the 22 clinic pages cited were treatment, service, doctor or about pages. A site that loads, can be read by crawlers and has a page per treatment is the base for that work, which is covered on our clinic SEO page.
