Quick answer

Published clinic and healthcare SEO prices in Singapore run from SGD 479 a month to S$10,000 and above a month in 2026: those are the lowest and highest monthly SEO fees in this guide’s provider table, taken from six provider pages reviewed on October 31, 2026. Where a clinic lands depends on the type of practice, how contested its treatment keywords are and how much content, local and website work the package includes.

Canlah AI prices clinic SEO and GEO per AI platform: Starter covers ChatGPT from $1,500 a month, Growth adds Google AI Overviews from $3,000 a month, and Full, which adds Google AI Mode and Gemini, is a customised plan. Its DeepAudit diagnostic costs $99 for One read or $189 for Month read.

The grid groups each published figure by the type of practice the provider names, in the provider’s own currency and wording.

Source: the provider pages listed under Method and sources, all reviewed October 31, 2026. Each figure is copied in the page’s own currency and wording: TopDental, Remedo and MediaPlus Digital write “SGD”, 6S Marketers writes “S$”, Heroes of Digital writes “$”. Rows group figures by the practice type each page names and are not a survey of signed contracts. Canlah AI’s pages show “$” without a prefix; the structured data on its pricing page lists the GEO service tiers in SGD and DeepAudit in USD.

Canlah AI is a Singapore-based SEO + GEO agency that measures and improves brand visibility inside ChatGPT, Gemini, Google AI Overviews and Google AI Mode, reporting AI visibility as re-verifiable ranges with timestamped evidence.

What do Singapore SEO providers charge clinics, provider by provider?

Five of the six provider pages reviewed on October 31, 2026 publish a clinic or Singapore SEO figure, and two publish a price for their own packages: TopDental from SGD 479 a month for dental SEO and 6S Marketers from S$1,300 a month for healthcare SEO. The other figures are each page’s own description of the market, not a quote to a clinic.

“Not found on reviewed page” means the provider’s public page did not show that figure when reviewed on October 31, 2026. It is not proof that no such figure exists. Prices are public positioning and may not match a negotiated contract.

Each page answers a different clinic question well. TopDental is the only reviewed page that publishes three dental packages with contract lengths and line-item inclusions. 6S Marketers publishes its own starting price beside healthcare bands by practice type and a section on MOH, PHMC and HCSA rules. Remedo splits a dental clinic’s costs by channel and per location, MediaPlus Digital prices one-off SEO tasks one by one, Heroes of Digital lists the clinic pages a scope should cover, and Cleverly sets out medical SEO by clinic type, from aesthetic and dental to GP and optometry.

Canlah AI’s own column follows its pricing page and its clinic SEO page for Singapore. Its main limitation for a clinic buyer is that only Starter and Growth carry a listed price: Full is scoped with each clinic, and off-site execution and media spend are billed separately.

What makes clinic SEO cost more or less in Singapore?

Six factors move a Singapore clinic’s SEO fee across the published spread of SGD 479 to S$10,000 and above a month: the type of practice, competition for treatment keywords, content volume, the state of the website, the number of locations and whether AI answers are covered.

1. Type of practice

The type of practice sets the band: on 6S Marketers’ page it runs from S$800 – S$2,000 a month for a solo clinic or small practice to S$10,000+ for hospital or enterprise healthcare. Heroes of Digital places healthcare providers, specialist clinics and aesthetic clinics in its competitive band of $3,500–$7,000+ a month.

2. Competition for treatment keywords

High-value treatments pull a clinic toward the top of a provider’s range. Remedo’s page says implants, Invisalign and cosmetic procedures tend to pull toward the upper end of its ~SGD 500–1,500 a month SEO range. 6S Marketers says suburban practices in Tampines, Jurong and Punggol often pay S$1,200 to S$3,000, while practices in the CBD, Orchard and the city fringe typically invest toward the higher end.

3. Content and keyword volume

Content volume is the clearest step between packages on a published price list. TopDental’s SGD 479 Local Starter optimises five service pages, its SGD 949 Growth package targets 20 keywords and adds four blog articles a month, and its SGD 1,899 Domination package targets 50+ keywords with two articles a week. MediaPlus Digital prices content writing at SGD 80 – 400 per article and link building at SGD 150 – 800 per link.

4. The state of the clinic website

A clinic website that needs rebuilding adds a one-off cost before monthly SEO starts. Remedo puts a one-time build at ~SGD 2,500–5,000, billed separately from the SEO retainer, and MediaPlus Digital prices technical SEO fixes at SGD 1,000 – 5,000. In Canlah AI’s October 2026 check of Singapore clinic websites, 21.0% of 3,145 private-clinic Google Maps listings linked to no website of their own and 29.4% of 1,222 clinic homepages had no meta description. Canlah AI does these site fixes at one fixed price, from a written list agreed before work starts.

5. Number of locations and contract length

Each extra location adds work, but not always at full price. Remedo states that its ranges are per clinic location and that a multi-location group typically sees a lower cost per site once strategy, content and technical work are shared. Contract length is the other published lever: TopDental ties its three packages to 3-, 6- and 12-month contracts.

6. AI answer coverage

Coverage of AI answers is now priced as its own line: Canlah AI prices its clinic SEO and GEO service per AI platform, from $1,500 a month for each, so Starter covers ChatGPT, Growth adds Google AI Overviews and Full adds Google AI Mode and Gemini. Heroes of Digital says its competitive tier may also include AI SEO, GEO and AEO work. For dental clinics, Canlah AI sets out the dentist-specific version of this work on its dental SEO page for Singapore.

How do Singapore’s clinic advertising rules affect clinic SEO cost?

Singapore’s clinic advertising rules shape what a clinic SEO fee can buy, because MOH’s FAQ on the Healthcare Services (Advertisement) Regulations 2021 says advertisements on a licensee’s website are subject to those regulations. The FAQ, updated November 2024, says SEO itself is not considered advertising, but the content associated with it must comply, and patient reviews and ratings on an SEO platform count as advertising.

Dental clinics also answer to section 5.4.6 of the Singapore Dental Council’s Ethical Code and Ethical Guidelines (2018, updated April 15, 2019). It allows neutrally toned, objective information about a dentist’s SDC-registered qualifications, experience and areas of practice, and it bars “before” and “after” images and testimonials on media the dentist controls.

The practical effect is on scope: clinic pages have to be written from plain facts about treatments and doctors, without praise words, review carousels or before-and-after galleries, so check that each quote includes that review step. Canlah AI’s guide to clinic advertising rules in Singapore sets out a seven-step page check. This section is a summary for budgeting, not legal advice.

Can a grant or GST change what a clinic pays for SEO in Singapore?

Any grant support for clinic SEO would now come through Enterprise Singapore’s EDGE Grant, because Enterprise Singapore states that EDG, MRA and PSG ceased on 29 September 2026 and that applications from 30 September go to the EDGE Grant. Its EDGE Grant page lists up to 70% support for SMEs and up to 50% for non-SMEs, varying by activity, within S$100,000 of total grant support per year, paid on a reimbursement basis.

The reviewed page does not say whether clinic SEO is an eligible activity, so confirm that through Enterprise Singapore’s BizSG grant recommender before budgeting around a grant. Ongoing EDG, MRA and PSG projects continue to be processed.

GST adds 9% to fees from a GST-registered provider, because IRAS states that GST-registered businesses charge GST at 9% on sales in Singapore unless the sale is zero-rated or exempt. Every S$1,000 of SEO fees therefore carries S$90 of GST, so ask each provider whether its figure includes GST.

What is included in a clinic SEO fee, and what is not?

A monthly clinic SEO fee on the reviewed pages covers local, on-page, technical and content work and leaves out the website build, paid ads and ad spend.

  • Usually included: Google Business Profile work, local citations, service page optimisation, keyword targets and a monthly report on TopDental’s list; on-page SEO, content, map-pack optimisation and link building on Remedo’s.
  • Usually billed separately: a website build, which Remedo bills as a one-time project; a one-off SEO audit at SGD 800 – 6,000 on MediaPlus Digital’s page; ads management on top of ad spend; and reputation management at ~SGD 250/month on Remedo’s page.
  • What Canlah AI includes: the site-fix list, treatment pages, clinic facts kept the same across the web, a monthly off-site citation map and per-engine measurement with raw answers, re-tested every month against one written bar: AI names the clinic at least 30% more often than at its starting baseline.
  • Never legitimately included: a guaranteed first place on Google or a guaranteed recommendation in ChatGPT, at any fee.

Is clinic SEO cheaper than Google Ads in Singapore?

Remedo’s page puts clinic SEO at ~SGD 500–1,500 a month and Google and Meta ads at ~SGD 2,000–10,000 in ad spend plus a separate management fee, so on its figures the monthly SEO fee sits below the ad spend alone. Remedo also says ads can bring enquiries while SEO is still building, that clinics commonly budget for both, and that three to six months of consistent work is typical before SEO results show.

Do not choose a clinic SEO provider from these figures alone. Every number here was copied from a public page on October 31, 2026, so ask each shortlisted provider for a written quote that lists the pages, keywords, locations, contract length and whether GST is included, then check it against that provider’s own page.

Frequently asked questions

How much does SEO cost for a clinic in Singapore?

Published clinic SEO prices in Singapore run from SGD 479 to S$10,000 and above a month, the lowest and highest monthly SEO fees listed from six provider pages reviewed October 31, 2026. 6S Marketers publishes S$800 – S$2,000 a month for a solo clinic or small practice. Canlah AI’s clinic SEO and GEO service starts at $1,500 a month for one AI platform.

How much does dental SEO cost in Singapore?

TopDental publishes dental SEO packages in Singapore from SGD 479, SGD 949 and SGD 1,899 a month, tied to 3-, 6- and 12-month contracts. Remedo’s market research puts dental and healthcare clinic SEO at ~SGD 500–1,500 a month per location. Dental pages must also meet section 5.4.6 of the Singapore Dental Council’s Ethical Code.

How much does SEO cost for an aesthetic clinic in Singapore?

6S Marketers publishes S$5,000 – S$10,000 a month for an aesthetic or competitive specialty practice, and Heroes of Digital names aesthetic clinics in its competitive band of $3,500–$7,000+ a month. Both describe the market rather than quote a clinic, so ask for a written scope.

What is the medical SEO price in Singapore for a GP or specialist clinic?

6S Marketers publishes S$800 – S$2,000 a month for a solo clinic or small practice and S$2,000 – S$5,000 for a mid-size clinic or group, and its own healthcare SEO starts from S$1,300 a month. Heroes of Digital places specialist clinics in its band of $3,500–$7,000+ a month.

Can an SEO agency guarantee my clinic ranks first on Google or in ChatGPT?

No. A provider can commit to the work, the reporting and how results are measured, but it cannot control Google’s rankings or how an AI model answers a patient. Canlah AI commits in writing to the AI platforms and buyer questions on a clinic’s tier and to one re-tested bar, and never guarantees rankings.

Can a grant pay for clinic SEO in Singapore?

Not through PSG for new applications: Enterprise Singapore states that EDG, MRA and PSG ceased on 29 September 2026 and that new applications go to the EDGE Grant. The EDGE Grant lists up to 70% support for SMEs, varying by activity, within S$100,000 a year. Its page does not say whether clinic SEO qualifies, so confirm first.

What does Canlah AI charge a clinic for SEO?

Canlah AI prices clinic SEO and GEO per AI platform: Starter from $1,500 a month covers ChatGPT, Growth from $3,000 a month adds Google AI Overviews, and Full, which adds Google AI Mode and Gemini, is customised. DeepAudit costs $99 for One read or $189 for Month read, and the fee can be credited toward agency services. Site fixes are done at one fixed price.

Method and sources

The price pool was built from six provider pages that publish clinic, dental, healthcare or Singapore SEO pricing, plus Canlah AI’s own pages and the official grant, tax and advertising pages below. Every page was opened on October 31, 2026, and each figure is copied in the page’s own currency and billing terms. The headline range is the lowest and highest monthly SEO fee in the provider table, not an average or an estimate; maintenance, reputation, per-article and per-link prices sit outside it. Two figures were left out because they are not clinic SEO fees: MediaPlus Digital’s SGD 200 – 800 band for freelance or micro-SME work, and the business-size ranges on 6S Marketers’ page, which it attributes to a Google AI Overview. No proposal, contract or invoice was reviewed.
