GEO Software in Singapore: How to Choose a Tool, a Managed Service or Both
GEO software in Singapore: what five Singapore-based vendors sell as of November 3, 2026, and how to choose a tool, a managed service or both.
Quick answer
GEO software in Singapore is sold in three shapes: a self-serve tool your own team runs, a managed service where the vendor does the work, and plans that combine the two. Of the five Singapore-based vendors whose public pages were checked on November 3, 2026, Addlly AI and Hashmeta AI sell a platform beside managed work, and Ahrefs sells Brand Radar as self-serve software from $50 a month. AI Studio sells GEO as a service after a free audit, and Canlah AI pairs a measurement tool, in early access, with a GEO service from $1,500 a month per AI platform.
Choose by who will do the work. If someone in-house already owns the buyer questions, the content and the site fixes, a tool is enough. If nobody does, buy the service. If your team will take over later, buy both in sequence and keep the same buyer questions throughout. Treat every dashboard figure as directional until the vendor shows the AI answers behind it.
This guide covers Singapore-based vendors only. For a ranked list of nine mostly global tools, see What Are the Best AI Visibility Tools for Singapore and APAC Brands?
Disclosure: Canlah AI publishes this guide and sells the measurement tool (early access) and the GEO service described below. Other vendors are described from their own public pages as loaded on November 3, 2026, and were not tested through paid accounts or demonstrations. Confirm engines, prices and grant status with each vendor before you buy.
Which Singapore companies offer GEO software or platforms?
Four Singapore-based companies publish GEO software or platform offers on pages checked on November 3, 2026: Addlly AI, Hashmeta AI, Ahrefs and Canlah AI. A fifth, AI Studio, sells GEO as a service and offers a free audit rather than software. Each company’s Singapore base comes from its own site: Addlly AI states it was incorporated in Singapore, Hashmeta AI and Ahrefs state Singapore headquarters, and AI Studio and Canlah AI publish Singapore company names.
Two of these vendors now lead with the words “tool” and “platform”. As of November 3, 2026, Addlly AI’s homepage title reads “AI Search Visibility Tool For Enterprises” and Hashmeta AI’s homepage title reads “AI Visibility Platform & GEO Software”. Both companies also sell managed work, so the delivery model behind each label is the first thing to check.

What does GEO software measure?
GEO software measures how AI engines answer a fixed set of buyer questions: whether the answer names your brand, where it places you, who it names instead and which sources it cites. The four software vendors in the table each measure some version of those four signals. The differences sit in which engines are asked, how often, and who reads the result and acts on it.
A managed GEO service adds the work that changes the answers: page fixes, answer-ready content, structured data and the third-party sources the engines cite. Hashmeta AI’s pricing page puts the split in one line: “You’re buying either a team, or a tool.” Addlly AI offers the same choice in two columns on its homepage, headed “Managed Services” and “Run It In-House”.
Across its tiers, Canlah AI’s standard tracking covers ChatGPT, Gemini, Google AI Overviews and Google AI Mode in English and Chinese. Its measurement tool, in early access, reads ChatGPT and Google AI Overviews from your own Chrome browser. Check every vendor’s engine list against the plan you would buy, because a homepage list and a plan entitlement are not the same thing.
How to choose GEO software in Singapore in six steps
Choosing GEO software in Singapore comes down to six decisions, and the first one, who will do the work, settles most of the rest.
Step 1: Decide who will act on the findings
Write down the name of the person who will act on what the software finds. If that person exists and has time every week, a self-serve tool or platform plan fits. If no one does, a tool produces reports that nobody acts on, and a managed service is the better purchase. Hashmeta AI’s pricing page applies the same test and recommends self-service when “Someone in-house owns the plan”.
Step 2: Write five to ten buyer questions before any demo
Write the questions the way your buyers type them, in English and Chinese if your buyers use both. Canlah AI’s measurement tool page states that five to ten questions are enough to start. Give every shortlisted vendor the same list, so each demonstration answers your questions rather than the vendor’s own.
Step 3: Match the engines to where your buyers ask
List the engines your buyers use, then check each vendor’s plan rather than its homepage. Addlly AI’s Basic plan lets you “Choose any 5 LLMs”, while Ahrefs prices Brand Radar custom prompts per platform, from $50 a month up to $699 a month for all models. An engine your plan does not query is an engine your report cannot describe.
Step 4: Ask for the AI answer behind every number
A visibility score is only as useful as the answers underneath it. Hashmeta AI publishes a 0 to 100 score called BAVIS, and Addlly AI reports an AI Visibility Score (AVS) and share of voice. Ask each vendor to open one figure and show the question, the engine, the date and the full answer. Canlah AI’s measurement tool (early access) shows a first percentage only after 10 answers are collected, and every number opens to the AI’s own words. For a manual version of the same check, see how to check if AI search recommends your brand.
Step 5: Price the full year, not the first month
Monthly prices leave out the contract terms. Hashmeta AI’s managed retainers run on a 12-month minimum, and Ahrefs bills AI Visibility Index overage at $0.020 a check. Addlly AI states that “Final scope is confirmed after a short discovery call.” Add setup and audit fees, extra markets and extra engines before you compare totals.
Step 6: Check grant eligibility on the official page
Grant support can change the real cost more than the headline price does, but only the official page settles eligibility. The next section sets out what Enterprise Singapore states as of November 3, 2026.
GEO software and Singapore grants after PSG: what the EDGE Grant covers
Enterprise Singapore’s Productivity Solutions Grant page states, as of November 3, 2026: “EDG, MRA and PSG ceased on 29 September 2026. From 30 September onwards, apply for business grant support under the EDGE Grant.” Ongoing PSG submissions and projects “will continue to be processed”.
For digital marketing software, the EDGE Grant’s Digital Marketing activity offers “Up to 50% support for SMEs (S$5,000) and up to 30% support (S$3,000) for non-SMEs”. The cost of the activity is capped at S$10,000, and software costs are supported for up to 12 months. The vendor and solution are chosen from the pre-approved list on IMDA’s SMEs Go Digital.
Some vendor pages still use the PSG name. As of November 3, 2026, Addlly AI’s pricing page reads “Singapore SMEs can adopt Addlly AI’s GEO program with PSG support. Starts at SGD 292 /month.” Its PSG grant link now opens a page headed “PSG Grant Is Now EDGE”, which describes Addlly AI as “a pre-approved Gen AI digital marketing solution under EDGE Grant”. Enterprise Singapore states that PSG ceased on 29 September 2026, so ask the vendor which EDGE package and price a new application would use.
| Grant item | What Enterprise Singapore states, November 3, 2026 | What to ask the vendor |
|---|---|---|
| PSG | Ceased on 29 September 2026; ongoing projects continue to be processed | Whether a quoted price assumed PSG support |
| EDGE Grant, Digital Marketing | Up to 50% for SMEs (S$5,000) and up to 30% for non-SMEs (S$3,000) | The package listed on SMEs Go Digital |
| Cost cap | Activity cost capped at S$10,000 | Which part of the quote the grant can cover |
| Software costs | Supported for up to 12 months | Whether services sit outside the grant |

How to interpret five common GEO software demo results
A single visibility score: Ask for the answers underneath it and the formula behind it. Vendors use different formulas, so a BAVIS score, an AVS score and another vendor’s percentage cannot be compared with each other.
A long engine list: Ask which engines your plan covers. Addlly AI’s homepage names seven engines plus “More”, while its Basic plan covers any five.
A large prompt index: Ask how many of your own buyer questions it contains. Ahrefs describes Brand Radar’s index as 525 million prompts built from its keyword database. Its page says the index is “Best once your brand already appears in AI search.”
One screenshot of a good answer: Ask how many times the question was run and on which dates. AI answers change between runs, so one screenshot shows presence once, not a rate.
A free audit: Ask what the audit measures and what happens after it. AI Studio’s audit page states that “implementation and ongoing measurement are scoped separately”. Hashmeta AI lists a free baseline audit as week one of a managed engagement. Canlah AI’s free AI visibility audit compares your brand with three competitors across ChatGPT, Gemini, Google AI Overviews and Google AI Mode.
What a GEO software dashboard cannot prove
A GEO software dashboard cannot prove that a change on your site caused a change in an AI answer, or that the next buyer will see the answer the dashboard recorded. Answers vary by engine, language, location, account state and hour, and a fixed set of questions is a sample of what buyers ask, not the whole conversation. Treat movement across several runs and several weeks as a signal, and treat one week’s change as noise until it repeats.
A dashboard also cannot fix anything by itself. Content, page structure and third-party sources change AI answers, and someone has to produce them. The choice between a tool and a service is therefore a staffing decision before it is a software decision.
When to move from a GEO tool to a managed GEO service
Move from a GEO tool to a managed GEO service when the tool keeps showing the same gaps and nobody in-house has time to close them. The move can also run the other way. Hashmeta AI states that its self-service and managed plans run on the same CMS, and Canlah AI opens Canlah All-Stars, its self-run software, after three months of the GEO service.
Keep the same buyer questions across any switch. A new vendor with a new question set produces a new baseline, and the before-and-after comparison is lost.
Where Canlah AI fits among Singapore GEO software vendors
Canlah AI is a Singapore-based SEO + GEO agency that measures and improves brand visibility inside ChatGPT, Gemini, Google AI Overviews and Google AI Mode, reporting AI visibility as re-verifiable ranges with timestamped evidence. It sells measurement first and the work second. The measurement tool, Canlah GEO — AI Answer Monitor (early access), shows whether ChatGPT and Google AI Overviews name your brand, who they name instead and which sources they cite. The GEO service is priced per AI platform, from $1,500 a month on Starter and $3,000 a month on Growth, with Full customised, and each platform carries four buyer questions re-tested every month.
Canlah AI measures itself with the same method. Its cases page records that on October 15, 2026, ChatGPT used without signing in named Canlah AI in 9 of 16 answers to one Chinese-language buyer question about which Singapore companies can get a brand recommended by AI search.
Canlah AI does not sell a stand-alone self-serve platform at sign-up: the measurement tool reads two engines, and self-run software opens after three months of the managed service. DeepSeek, Qwen and Doubao are not part of Canlah AI’s standard tracking.
Frequently asked questions
Which Singapore companies offer GEO software?
Addlly AI, Hashmeta AI, Ahrefs and Canlah AI are four Singapore-based companies that published GEO software or platform offers on pages checked on November 3, 2026. Addlly AI and Hashmeta AI sell a platform beside managed work, Ahrefs sells Brand Radar as self-serve software and Canlah AI pairs a measurement tool in early access with a managed GEO service. AI Studio, also based in Singapore, sells GEO as a service.
Should a Singapore SME buy GEO software or hire a GEO agency?
A Singapore SME should buy GEO software when someone in-house will act on the findings every week, and hire a GEO agency when nobody will. Several Singapore vendors sell both, so the decision is about who does the work rather than which company you pick. Start with a measurement tool or a free audit, then decide once you have read the answers.
Can GEO software guarantee that ChatGPT recommends my brand?
No. GEO software can measure how often ChatGPT names your brand and show the sources it cites, but no vendor controls how an independent model answers. Read any guarantee for its baseline, its metric and its conditions before treating it as a performance commitment.
Can I still use the PSG grant for GEO software in Singapore?
No. Enterprise Singapore states that PSG ceased on 29 September 2026 and that applications go under the EDGE Grant from 30 September 2026. The EDGE Grant’s Digital Marketing activity offers up to 50% support for SMEs, capped at S$5,000, for pre-approved solutions listed on IMDA’s SMEs Go Digital. Confirm the package with the vendor and eligibility with Enterprise Singapore.
How much does GEO software cost in Singapore?
Published entry prices checked on November 3, 2026 start at $50 a month for Ahrefs Brand Radar custom prompts and $199 a month for its AI Visibility Index. Hashmeta AI’s managed retainers start at $1,500 a month in US dollars on a 12-month minimum. Addlly AI’s pricing page shows “Starts at SGD 292 /month” with grant support. Canlah AI’s GEO service starts at $1,500 a month per AI platform, and its measurement tool is in early access. Compare engines, questions and contract terms rather than the monthly figure alone.
Is Canlah AI a GEO software company or a GEO agency?
Canlah AI is a GEO agency that also ships software. Its measurement tool, in early access, runs in Chrome, and its GEO service does the work for a monthly fee per AI platform. After three months of the service, Canlah All-Stars lets a client’s own team run the work in Canlah AI’s console.
Method and sources
The candidate pool was built from Singapore search results for GEO software, GEO platform and AI visibility tool queries, then limited to companies whose own site states a Singapore incorporation, headquarters or registered company. Each vendor’s homepage, pricing page or audit page was loaded on November 3, 2026, and every quotation in this guide comes from those pages as loaded that day. The review did not test dashboards, run paid plans, audit client work or confirm commercial terms. Vendors whose Singapore base could not be confirmed on their own pages were left out.
- Addlly AI homepage, pricing, EDGE Grant page and about page. Title, engine list, plans, grant wording and Singapore incorporation.
- Hashmeta AI homepage and pricing. Title, engine list, managed and self-service prices, contract terms and Singapore headquarters.
- Ahrefs Brand Radar and Ahrefs about page. Prompt index, platforms, prices and Singapore headquarters.
- AI Studio free AI visibility audit. Audit scope and the statement on implementation and measurement.
- Enterprise Singapore Productivity Solutions Grant, EDGE Grant and EDGE Grant Digital Marketing activity. PSG status and support levels for digital marketing.
- Canlah AI measurement tool, GEO service, pricing and cases. Tool scope, service tiers and prices, delivery languages and the October 15, 2026 self-measurement.
Do not choose GEO software from this guide alone. Give your two finalists the same five to ten buyer questions, ask each one to show the raw answers behind its first report and decide on that evidence.
