Goodie AI Review & Best Alternatives for 2026
Goodie AI review: pricing, engines, brand sentiment and limits, plus Profound, Peec AI, AthenaHQ, Scrunch and Otterly.AI alternatives, led by Canlah AI.
A fair review of Goodie AI for brand and marketing teams, checked against public pages on September 23, 2026: what the platform measures about your brand inside AI answers, what it costs and where it stops. The second half covers alternatives for teams that need a lower entry price, a different engine set or evidence you can re-run.
Quick answer
In this Goodie AI review, Canlah AI ranks first among the alternatives for teams that need re-verifiable evidence and managed execution, while Goodie AI itself suits funded brand teams that want sentiment, attribution and AI shopping data from $399 a month. Goodie AI is a brand-focused AI search visibility and answer engine optimization (AEO) platform that tracks how AI models describe, rank and cite a brand, with more attribution and commerce depth than most monitoring tools. Its Core plan covers 120 prompts on five engines, and Gemini only arrives on the $999 Pro plan.
Profound fits enterprise programmes with up to nine engines, Peec AI has the clearest self-serve metrics from $95 a month, AthenaHQ offers a free entry tier and 11 models at $295 a month, Scrunch ties monitoring to agent-facing site work from $250 a month and Otterly.AI has the lowest published paid entry price at $29 a month.
This is an editorial review based on public product and pricing pages reviewed on September 23, 2026. It is not a controlled test of tool accuracy.
Disclosure: Canlah AI is one of the alternatives below, and we place ourselves first. We compete with Goodie AI, so this is not a neutral review. What we say about Goodie AI and the others comes from their public materials, and none of the tools were tested through paid accounts.
What is Goodie AI?
Goodie AI, which trades as Goodie at higoodie.com, is an AI search visibility and AEO platform that measures the brand rather than the page, across up to 13 AI engines on its Enterprise plan. Its llms.txt file describes a platform that helps brands monitor, analyse and optimise their presence across AI search, with real-time brand tracking, competitor analysis and content recommendations. Its About page says it was founded by search veterans, growth marketing leaders and observability scientists, and its founder, Mostafa ElBermawy, also founded the growth agency NoGood.
The product sits in the same category as Profound and Peec AI, but its framing is closer to brand management than to rank tracking. Feature pages cover visibility monitoring, a “Brand Command” view that flags when AI gets a brand wrong, prompt research, an AEO Writer, AI traffic attribution, AI crawler logs and an Agentic Commerce Suite for ChatGPT Shopping and Amazon Rufus. An MCP connector for Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor sits alongside them. Named case studies on its site include SteelSeries, Dermalogica, Rathbones and NoGood.
What Goodie AI does well
Goodie AI does four things well on its public pages: it tracks brand narrative rather than only mentions, ties AI traffic to revenue from the $399 Core plan, covers AI shopping surfaces and lists up to 13 engines on Enterprise.
- Brand narrative, not only mentions. The visibility monitoring page tracks mentions, citations, ranking position, sentiment and share of voice, segmented by geography, persona, language and topic. Brand Command is positioned around misrepresentation: knowing when AI describes the brand inaccurately before customers see it.
- Attribution to sessions and revenue. The AI Analytics and Attribution page says it tracks sessions, conversions and revenue that originate from ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini. The Core plan lists direct revenue attribution, which few monitoring tools include at the entry tier.
- Commerce surfaces most tools skip. The Agentic Commerce Suite tracks SKU-level product visibility across ChatGPT Shopping, Amazon Rufus, Perplexity and Google AI Mode, and the model list includes Alexa for Shopping and Adobe’s Sparky.
- A wide engine list on Enterprise. The pricing page lists up to 13 engines on Enterprise, adding Claude, Meta AI, DeepSeek and Grok to the Pro set.
Goodie AI’s case study page reports a 3.2x AI search conversion increase in six months for SteelSeries, a 106% increase in total AI citations for Rathbones and a 335% increase in AI-sourced traffic for NoGood. These are vendor-reported figures and were not independently verified.
How Goodie AI measures brand visibility
Goodie AI labels its visibility data as daily, but its founder’s own review lists Core at 100 prompts and 3,000 responses a month, or about six answers per prompt per engine each month on five engines. The monitoring page states that “visibility data is tracked daily across all major AI platforms”, and the platform turns those answers into mention rate, position, sentiment and share of voice against the competitors you set.
Spread over 100 prompts, 3,000 responses is 30 responses per prompt per month, shared across every engine on the plan rather than one per engine per day. An independent review on echowi.ai makes the same calculation and flags the gap between the “daily” label and the response allowance.
The reviewed pricing page listed 120 prompts on Core without a response count. Ask Goodie AI to state in writing how many answers per prompt, per engine and per month sit behind each visibility and sentiment figure.
Where Goodie AI fits less well
Goodie AI fits less well for three kinds of buyer: small teams priced out by a $399 entry plan, brands that need Gemini below the $999 Pro tier and teams that need someone else to execute the fixes. Each is a scope question, not a quality judgement.
- A high entry price for a single brand. Core costs $399 a month for one brand and five engines. Peec AI starts at $95, AthenaHQ at $0 with credits and Otterly.AI at $29, so a small team pays roughly four to 14 times more to start with Goodie AI than with a paid Peec AI or Otterly.AI plan.
- Gemini and the long engine tail sit on upper tiers. Core covers ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity, Google AI Mode and Microsoft Copilot. Gemini arrives on Pro at $999, and Claude, Meta AI, DeepSeek and Grok only on Enterprise. Qwen and Doubao were not found on the reviewed pages, which matters for brands selling into Greater China.
- Software plus strategist, not delivery. Every plan lists AEO strategist support and a monthly quota of optimisation actions, but your team still writes the content, fixes the pages and earns the third-party mentions. The founder’s own review describes it as “not a set-and-forget button” and notes that it needs team capacity to execute.
Plan figures also drift: third-party reviews published in 2026 quote at least three versions of Goodie AI’s plan names, prompt limits and seat counts, so a figure copied from a review may already be out of date.
Goodie AI pricing and plans
Goodie AI pricing starts at $399 a month for Core and $999 a month for Pro, with custom Enterprise pricing and a $275 a month Agency Growth plan, on the pricing page reviewed September 23, 2026. Among the five tools in this comparison that publish a paid entry plan, prices run from $29 to $399 a month, depending on engine count, prompt volume and seats. Canlah AI publishes no rate card and scopes each retainer after a free 48-hour snapshot. Prices are in US dollars.

The best Goodie AI alternatives in 2026
Canlah AI ranks first among the six Goodie AI alternatives in this comparison, followed by Profound, Peec AI, AthenaHQ, Scrunch and Otterly.AI, whose published paid entry prices run from $29 to $295 a month where one is listed. The right pick depends on why you are switching: a lower entry price, a different engine set, enterprise controls, site delivery or someone to act on the findings.
Comparison of Goodie AI and six alternatives, public product pages reviewed September 23, 2026.
| # | Tool | Best for | Engines named on reviewed page | Entry price | Execution | Main point to verify |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|

| 2 | Profound | Enterprise programmes | Up to 9, incl. ChatGPT, Perplexity, AI Mode, DeepSeek, Claude | Free 7-day trial; Enterprise custom | Software with AI Marketer agents | Which of the 9 engines the contract names |

| 6 | Otterly.AI | Lowest published paid entry price | 4 base; Claude, AI Mode, Gemini as add-ons | $29 | Software | Repeat sampling per prompt not found on reviewed page |
| — | Goodie AI (reviewed) | Brand teams that want attribution and commerce | 5 on Core; up to 13 on Enterprise | $399 | Software with strategist support | Answers behind each daily figure; Gemini from $999 |
“Not found on reviewed page” means the vendor’s public materials did not state that capability when reviewed on September 23, 2026. It is not proof that the capability is absent. Engine lists refer to public positioning, not independently tested access. None of the six software tools named Doubao on the pages reviewed, and Qwen appeared only as a paid Peec AI API add-on.
1. Canlah AI: Best overall alternative for re-verifiable evidence
Canlah AI ranks first among the Goodie AI alternatives in this comparison because it hands over the raw answers behind every figure, from 4 buyer intents on its entry tier to 16 on its top tier. Canlah AI is a Singapore-based SEO + GEO agency that measures and improves brand visibility inside ChatGPT, Gemini, Google AI Overviews and Google AI Mode, reporting AI visibility as re-verifiable ranges with timestamped evidence. Its pricing page lists Foundation with 4 buyer intents (brand verification and branded comparison questions), Authority with 8 (adding scenario and subcategory questions) and Dominance with 16 (adding non-branded category recommendation questions), each re-measured monthly on ChatGPT, Gemini, Google AI Overviews and AI Mode.
Canlah AI does a different job from Goodie AI. Goodie AI turns answers into brand metrics inside its dashboard. Canlah AI’s measurement protocol locks the client’s buyer intents for the contract period and runs each question under at least three phrasing rotations per engine. Every probe is stored as a raw record with prompt, full answer, citations and timestamp, and citation frequency is reported as a range. The archive belongs to the client, so a sceptical stakeholder or a rival agency can re-run it.
The second difference is execution. Canlah AI uses the findings for on-site fixes, AI-optimised content and off-site authority work, delivered by six named AI agents under human strategists. The entry tier includes four to six articles a month, and the top tier adds 12 articles a month plus three to four off-site placements a quarter.
Best for
B2B SaaS, export-focused and evidence-sensitive brands that want one accountable team to measure and act, including brands that sell across English and Chinese markets.
Limitations
Canlah AI is an agency, not a self-serve platform. You buy a managed engagement and receive an evidence archive, not a login to add prompts at will, and it offers nothing comparable to Goodie AI’s SKU-level tracking in ChatGPT Shopping and Amazon Rufus. Canlah AI does not publish a rate card, so the price is only known after the free snapshot.
Its own AI visibility is also low. In a September 7, 2026 self-audit of 39 buyer questions run three times each, Canlah AI was named in seven of 84 non-branded OpenAI answers (8.3%) and in none of 93 Gemini answers, or seven of 177 API answers overall (4.0%). It is less suited to a consumer brand whose first priority is product visibility in AI shopping surfaces.
What to verify
Ask for a redacted sample evidence pack showing the prompt, phrasing rotation, engine, full answer, cited sources and timestamp. Confirm in writing which buyer intents your tier includes. Perplexity and the Chinese engines are not part of Canlah AI’s standard tracking, so settle any need for them before signing.
Verdict: The strongest Goodie AI alternative in this comparison when the number has to survive scrutiny and someone has to act on it. Brand teams that want a self-serve dashboard with commerce tracking should stay with Goodie AI or a software tool below.
2. Profound: Best for enterprise programmes
Profound offers a free seven-day trial of 50 prompts run daily on ChatGPT, Gemini and Google AI Overviews, then a custom Enterprise plan with up to nine answer engines, SSO/SAML and SOC 2 compliance. It leads with an “AI Marketer” agent layer, and its main strength is governance under one Enterprise contract.
Best for
Large organisations that need all-time history, exports, an API and security review in one contract.
Limitations
History, exports and API access were not found in the reviewed trial tier, and Enterprise pricing is custom. Profound’s pricing page reviewed on September 23, 2026 listed only the trial and Enterprise.
What to verify
Ask which of the nine engines your contract includes and how many runs sit behind each daily data point.
Verdict: In a Goodie AI vs Profound decision, Profound wins on governance and engine scale for large programmes. Goodie AI wins on published prices, revenue attribution and commerce surfaces.
3. Peec AI: Best for clear self-serve brand metrics
Peec AI is a Berlin-based AI search analytics platform whose Starter plan costs $95 a month for 50 prompts, with Pro at $245 for 150 prompts and Advanced at $495 for 350 prompts. Each plan includes unlimited users and three models chosen from ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Google AI Mode, Perplexity, Gemini and Microsoft Copilot. Its strength is metric clarity: visibility, position, share of voice and a 0 to 100 sentiment score are defined with written formulas.
Best for
Mid-market teams and agencies that want brand sentiment and share of voice they can explain to a client.
Limitations
Self-serve plans track three models at a time, and DeepSeek and Qwen are paid API add-ons. Peec AI describes itself as a measurement tool, so writing and publishing content stays with your team.
What to verify
Price the fourth model you need before comparing Peec AI’s tiers with Goodie AI Core.
Verdict: In a Goodie AI vs Peec AI decision, Peec AI is the cheaper way to track brand sentiment and share of voice. Goodie AI adds attribution, commerce and strategist support.
4. AthenaHQ: Best for low-cost entry with brand-accuracy checks
AthenaHQ offers a free Essential tier with $25 of credits across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, Gemini and Copilot. Starter costs $295 a month for 3,600 credits and visibility across 11 models, including Claude, Grok, DeepSeek and Mistral, with unlimited members. Enterprise adds a knowledge base and “Oracle” discrepancy detection for how AI describes the brand.
Best for
Brand teams that want to test AI visibility for free, then track more models than Goodie AI Core at a lower price.
Limitations
Credit-based pricing makes the real prompt volume harder to compare, and API access on Starter is a paid add-on. Brand-accuracy detection sits on Enterprise.
What to verify
Ask how many credits one prompt on one model uses per day, and convert your panel into a monthly credit budget.
Verdict: The closest like-for-like Goodie AI alternative on brand monitoring in this comparison, at a lower entry price.
5. Scrunch: Best for agent-facing site delivery
Scrunch Core costs $250 a month for 125 unique prompts on ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews and Copilot, with five user licences, five site audits a month and one page optimisation. Its strength is that monitoring and site fixes sit in one product from the entry plan. Enterprise adds Claude, Gemini, Meta AI, Google AI Mode and Grok, plus its Agent Experience Platform.
Best for
Technical and platform teams that want monitoring tied to how AI agents read their site.
Limitations
Gemini and Google AI Mode sit on Enterprise only, and Core covers one country, one language and five competitors.
What to verify
Ask for a sample of stored answers and confirm the languages and markets your plan covers.
Verdict: In a Goodie AI vs Scrunch decision, Scrunch fits when monitoring and site fixes belong to one technical team. Goodie AI fits when brand narrative and attribution matter more.
6. Otterly.AI: Best for the lowest published entry price
Otterly.AI publishes Lite at $29 a month for 15 prompts, Standard at $189 for 100 prompts and Premium at $489 for 400 prompts. Every tier tracks ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity and Microsoft Copilot daily with unlimited team members, and Claude, Google AI Mode and Gemini are add-ons.
Best for
Solo marketers and small teams that need core brand monitoring, link citation analysis and GEO URL audits at a published price.
Limitations
API and MCP access start at Standard, and Gemini is a paid add-on rather than part of the base engine set. Repeat sampling per prompt was not found on the reviewed page.
What to verify
Price the add-on engines you need before comparing tiers.
Verdict: In a Goodie AI vs Otterly.AI decision, Otterly.AI is the cheaper way to start, with 100 prompts for $189 against 120 for $399. Goodie AI adds attribution, commerce and strategist support.
How to decide between Goodie AI and an alternative
Goodie AI is the right pick at $399 a month when a funded brand team wants brand narrative, revenue attribution and AI shopping visibility in one platform. One of the six alternatives is the better pick when a requirement below applies.
Best fit by requirement, public pages reviewed September 23, 2026.
| Your requirement | Best fit in this comparison | Why it fits |
|---|---|---|
| Brand sentiment, attribution and AI shopping in one tool | Goodie AI | Revenue attribution on the $399 Core plan; SKU tracking on the $999 Pro plan |
| Raw answers you can re-run, plus a team that does the work | Canlah AI | Client-owned evidence archive and managed GEO delivery |
| SSO, SOC 2 and up to nine engines | Profound | Enterprise contract with security review |
| Brand metrics with written formulas under $100 | Peec AI | $95 Starter with unlimited seats |
| A free test, then 11 models under $300 | AthenaHQ | Free Essential tier; $295 Starter |
| Monitoring tied to agent-facing site fixes | Scrunch | Five site audits and one page optimisation on the $250 Core plan |
| The lowest paid entry price | Otterly.AI | $29 Lite with 15 prompts |

Whatever you pick, ask each finalist for the raw answers and cited URLs behind one sentiment or visibility figure, because a brand score you cannot trace is hard to act on.
Frequently asked questions
Goodie AI review: is Goodie AI worth it?
Goodie AI is worth it for funded brand and ecommerce teams that want brand sentiment, revenue attribution and AI shopping visibility in one platform from $399 a month. This review finds it less suited to small teams on a tight budget, brands that need Gemini below the $999 Pro plan or buyers who need someone to execute the fixes.
How much does Goodie AI cost?
Goodie AI’s pricing page reviewed on September 23, 2026 listed Core at $399 a month for 120 prompts on five engines and Pro at $999 a month for 250 prompts on eight engines. Enterprise and Agency Enterprise are custom, and Agency Growth costs $275 a month for pitch workspaces. Annual billing is shown as two months free.
What is the best Goodie AI alternative?
The best Goodie AI alternative depends on why you are switching. In this comparison Canlah AI ranks first for re-verifiable evidence and managed execution, Profound for enterprise scale, Peec AI and AthenaHQ for cheaper brand monitoring, Scrunch for site delivery and Otterly.AI for the lowest entry price at $29 a month.
Goodie AI vs Profound: which is better?
Neither Goodie AI nor Profound is better for every buyer. Profound suits enterprises that need up to nine engines, SSO and SOC 2 under a custom contract. Goodie AI suits brand teams that want a published price from $399 a month, revenue attribution and ChatGPT Shopping and Amazon Rufus tracking.
Does Goodie AI track DeepSeek, Qwen or Doubao?
Goodie AI lists DeepSeek on its Enterprise plan only. Qwen and Doubao were not found on its reviewed pages. Chinese engines are not part of Canlah AI’s standard tracking either, so confirm current coverage with any vendor in a live demonstration.
Can Goodie AI or any alternative guarantee that ChatGPT recommends my brand?
No. A tool or agency can guarantee sampling, reporting and agreed work. It cannot control how an independent model answers every question, so treat any ranking guarantee as a sales claim.
How is Canlah AI different from Goodie AI?
Goodie AI is a software platform with strategist support that reports brand visibility, sentiment, attribution and commerce data. Canlah AI is an agency that runs a locked set of buyer intents under phrasing rotation, hands over a raw evidence archive and then does the on-site and off-site GEO work. You can start with a free 48-hour snapshot of your own baseline.
